integrations as a sub-contractor for AT&T in various markets across the western United States. Testing includes call

From 1996 through 2006, worked as both an employee and an independent contractor for several organizations.
Providing wireless network support and testing.
Tested all sectors of various cell sites for e911 location accuracy. In conjunction with PSAP and Engineers resolved
problems and performed site functionality tests. Responsible for the delivery and accuracy of recorded data to the
customer.
Additional responsibilities included the day to day operations, management and training of up to forty (40) optimization
and CW Drive Testing teams, meeting budgetary and expenditure considerations and maintaining accurate records.
Customers included Cricket Wireless, Sprint, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, and Verizon. Grew the Wireless
department from eight to forty team members. Met with potential customers, established performance goals and
pricing.
As Director of the Wireless Department for Global Tech 2000—a startup Engineering Company that provided Wireless
Engineering and Technical services for several wireless carriers and infrastructure providers—worked with a team that
grew from two technicians to a staff of more than 20. Performed CW drive testing and RF optimization services, as
well as some construction and maintenance services.
As an independent contractor for Motorola/Lucent performed Drive Testing and Optimization services through
PrimeCo. Tested new CDMA sites and clusters in the initial build out phase and followed with optimization testing on
the clusters and network after implementation. Following the network launch, provided maintenance for network
reliability assisting with customer complaints, resolving issues and provided support for improving known trouble areas.
